Owners Tim Perr and Scott Knight, both local Palisadians, founded Pali Wine Co. in 2005, intent on producing wines that “speak well of their origin and varietal”, and to bring those wines to the consumer at the best price without compromising quality. Winemaker Aaron Walker joined the team in 2007 and continues to garner wide acclaim for his efforts under three labels: Pali Wine Co., Tower 15 and the newest brand, Neighborhood Winery.
